I got an email the other day that really caught my attention. It was a handy little chart that had scripture on it. It was a list of the things or excuses we say to God and his responses. The more that I read, the more I realized I have/had said the same things to God. So many times I have told the LORD, “I can’t do this”, or “I just can’t go on”. When if I would have just held/hold on to His Word, it would tell me that I can hold on and I can make it through anything. There have been times I’ve wondered where God is or if He still cares, but that was just Satan whispering ugly nothings in my ear. I DO NOT listen to those anymore. God is with us every day. He is NOT dead NOR does HE sleep! His eyes roam all over watching us, protecting us, loving us each and every moment of every day.
If you are ever in need of needing reassurance or just that uplifting word, look toward these promises and know that God is right there.
